These Terms govern your use of STEADION. By creating an account you agree to these Terms

and to our Privacy Policy. Your acceptance is recorded with a timestamp.

Your Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the career information you provide and for keeping

your credentials secure.

Acceptable Use

STEADION assists you with your consent. We will never auto-apply to jobs on your behalf

without your explicit per-application confirmation, never provide real-time assistance

during live interviews, and never fabricate content that is not grounded in your real

experience.

Free Trial Terms

14-day free trial — every feature at STEADI Start usage levels, no credit card required (30 days for verified veterans); access locks at the end, pick a plan to keep going, your data is retained 90 days.

In plain terms: your 14-day trial (30 days for ID.me-verified veterans) gives you every

feature at STEADI Start usage levels — not "unlimited," but the STEADI Start caps. No

credit card is required to start. When the trial ends, access locks until you pick a plan.

If you never convert, your data is retained for 90 days and then purged.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You can change or cancel your plan at any time.

Cancellation stops future billing; your data is retained for 90 days after the period ends

and then purged.

Data Rights

You can export and delete your data at any time. Account deletion triggers a full purge

after a 90-day grace window. See the Privacy Policy for retention details.

Changes to These Terms

When we make material changes to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, we will ask you to

re-accept the updated version the next time you log in.
